    [Tax Refund 적용 대상]

    · 한국에 6개월 미만 체류하고 있으며, 수술일로부터 3개월 이내에 출국 예정인 외국인
    ※ 국내 사업 활동(취업 비자)으로 소득을 발생시키거나 6개월 이상 시스템에 있는 외국인은 환급 대상에서 제외
    ※ 시술 후 3개월 이후에 출국하는 경우 환급 대상에서 제외

    · 해외에서 2년 이상 거주하였고, 한국에 3개월 미만 체류하는 해외 국적자 (한국 국적 포함) 


    · A foreigner who stays for less than 6 months and is scheduled to leave   the country within 3 months from the date of the procedure
    ※ Non-refundable to foreigners who generate income due to domestic business activities(working visa)     or are in the system for more than 6 months
    ※ Non-refundable if departing after 3 months from the date of treatment

    · Overseas nationals who have lived abroad for more than 2 years and   stayed in Korea for less than 3 months (Korean nationals)

    Corporaiton

    · 한국 주재 외교관 (선교사 포함)    
    Diplomats in Korea (including missionaries)

    · 국제연합 및 주한 미군과 군 관련 인력  
     United Nations and U.S. soldiers and military personnel in Korea
